Description:
The oil and gas producer in China enjoyed a 6.8% growth in sales from 2012 with help from its extensive distribution network in the country.
In June, Sinopec showed signs of continuing expansion in Iran—it’s doubled production there recently, a welcome investment for a country struggling with oil output as
sanctions on its economy continue.
Reports say Sinopec, also called China Petroleum & Chemical, is getting about 50,000 barrels a day. The goal is focused on continued growth, too: to get to 135,000
barrels per day.
