Supervising the daily operations of the Multiplex and commercial area
Checking functioning of all key aspects of the Cineplex – Security, cleanliness, box office operations, concession stock & service, projection and customer handling.
Coordinating upkeep and maintenance of unit by supervising the Manager – Engineering and agencies handling maintenance – electro- mechanical & air-conditioning.
Coordination with corporate office and central purchase office.
Responsible for maintaining a high quality and highly motivated CSA team to maximise customer satisfaction and foot fall.
Responsible for promo activities, premieres and other marketing activities in coordination with the Corporate team.
