Job Description
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• BE/ Diploma Mechanical / Electrical Engg with min. 5 years experience in fire protection or related industries. • Must have hands-on experience in designing, installation and commissioning of medium to large size projects;
• Good communication skills with proven co-ordination and supervisory abilities.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across sites and project locations;
• Proven ability to motivate contractors to complete projects within time, quality and cost constraints
• Comfortable with computers
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordinate with client, design consultants about engineering activities for execution of project.
2. Study of isometric drawings, piping layouts, P & ID, piping support drawings, piping materials specifications. 3. Assist in preparation & implementation of project execution plan.
4. Coordinate with all projects related personnel on day to day progress of work activities, procurement & operation to ensure timely completion of project.
5. Coordinate with vendors/ suppliers for materials & receipts at construction site.
6. Maintaining cash inflow & outflow for keeping the project in profit mode.
7. To supervise, coordinate and give technical support to piping Engineer & ensure all the activities are carried out at safe & efficient manner.
8. Installation, Testing & commissioning of Fire systems.
Position is based in Mumbai western suburbs. Therefore candidates from western part of Mumbai would be preferred.
