Job Description
1. Overall managerial role for multiple sites.
2. Would handle total coordination of site works.
3. Guiding and instructing vendors and site executives.
4. Coordinating with design team for RFI's in Drawings and Detail.
5. Playing a significant role in vendor selection from the list recommended by Procurement.
6. Identifying strengths and weaknesses of site teams and initiate action to build seamless coordination on site.
7. Generating Master Work schedule charts and ensuringimplementation.
8. Predicting bottlenecks and manage solutions/drive solutions independently.
9. Assuring strict quality and time contol on sites.
Salary:INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - B.Arch - Architecture) AND (PG - M.Arch - Architecture)
1. Candidate with atleast 5 Years of BArch/4 years Diploma needs to apply
2. PG from NICMAR would be an added advantage.
3. Ideally should be managing sites of 2000 to 5000 sft independently with a Design or contracting firm.
4. Good Project Management, Vendor Management skills.
5. Interiors fit out projects background shall be an added advantage.
6. candidates having experience in Retail, Hospitality, and Corporate Interiors would be an added advantage.
The person would be based out at our corporate office in Gurgaon (Delhi/NCR).
This is an urgent opening. We would prefer a local based candidate.
