SKILL SET:
TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 10 and above
JOB DESCRIPTION:
NATURE OF DUTIES: Shall be experienced in Cold Rolling Mills / Paper Mills.
Will be responsible for Maintenance/Planning/Project of Electrical equipment. Should have good exposure in AC / DC drives, PLC, AGC.
THE INTERVIEWS TO BE HELD IN MUMBAI ON 24TH NOV 2011 AT MUMBAI.
COMPANY PROFILE
Cold rolling Mill complex manufacturing Aluminium coils using continuous casting/ rolling/ slitting, circle blanking, annealing etc
POSITION/DESIGNATION: HOD [Electrical Department]
QUALIFICATION Electrical/ Electronics Engineer having hands on experience with Siemens, control technique/ ABB drives and PLC controlled systems.
Job profile:-
Knowledge of setting scada and using the web based system will be added advantage.b.
Person should have direct experience to handle shop floor and guide team of Engineers with exposure to modern Managment tools in maintenance including TPM/TQM/Kaizen/ 3 sigma and other management tools c.
Exposure to cold rolling mills in steel/ Aluminium or Copper or high speed paper mill producing writing printing paper at speeds of 800-1000 meter per min and having exposure to modern DC and AC drivesd.
Knowledge and capability of handling workmen will be essentially required including imparting of training and guiding them
Additional Benefits:-
The position and placement is for family position.
The placement overseas will have family accommodation / to an fro air fare once in 18 months ( as per position and rules of the company) and local transport as applicable.
