As part of an agile Customer Supportteam you shall keep a close eye on customer behaviour and contribute towardsproduct suggestions. Need to interact with customer via phone/email. Englishspeaking queries come from Australia/Europe/US.
Should have handled customer queries,worked with business partners, resolved complaints. Excellent English writingand speaking skills. Cultural sensitivity to International callers. Travelbackground would be handy but not mandatory.
