Role:
•Understanding tender specifications, analysis of risks and rewards, costing
•Meeting Customer and understanding project requirements; same can be also through Request for Proposal Documents (RFP)
•Planning against Tender Document and against IEM Consultancy Services execution capability. Sign Off from customer on Project Plan and Deliverables.
•Translating Requirements & deliverables into a Process Note/Project Plan covering activities, quality checks, risk mitigation and cost optimization
•Executing the Project Plan through delivery teams that do not report directly into the project management team
•Owning the project and reviewing, anticipating, following up and ensuring closure of line items on the project
•Completing the project within cost, quality, time, risk parameters
•Coordinating with external partners if required.

•Ability to lead Software Development projects in C++, Java; Web Development projects in PhP/C# .net, Mobile Development in Android and Iphone, Mobile Gaming
